Meet: Rush Dorsett
Rush is a voice coach, musician, and singer who supports clients in opening up their authentic expression. She works with a blend of vocal technique, embodiment, and performance confidence, helping people move through anxiety and show up more fully in their voice whether on stage, in speaking, or in music.
Before joining our mastermind…
Rush had been working with clients 1:1 for several years and had also run group programs, but her business was limited by her capacity.
She wanted a way to grow that would not lead to burnout and would allow her to expand beyond only one-on-one work, but she did not yet have a stable structure for that.
After joining us, she learned how to:
- Host virtual events with confidence
- Make improvements from one event to the next instead of starting over each time
- Stay consistent and improve execution with accountability and support
- Finally align her mission with a model that creates momentum
The result?
Her most recent event was her LARGEST yet, bringing in 42 sign-ups! She saw strong engagement throughout the entire event and had deeper, more meaningful conversations with attendees
